1. 100% On-Device Processing

AxiomDB is designed as a standalone, offline utility. All database parsing, editing, and format conversions (.mdb and .accdb to .xlsx, .pdf, .json, .csv) are performed locally on your device. We do NOT upload, transmit, or store any of your database contents on external servers.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We believe your data belongs solely to you:

Personal Information: We do NOT collect personal information (such as name, email address, phone number, or physical location).
Database Files: Your files never leave your device. We have no access to the passwords, schemas, or records inside your Access databases.
Analytics & Crash Reports: The App may utilize standard Google Play Services anonymized crash diagnostics to ensure app stability and fix technical bugs.

3. Device Permissions

The App requests standard Android storage permissions solely to enable you to browse, open, and save your database and exported files on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App connects with standard Google Play Services for application delivery and license verification. These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

AxiomDB is a general-purpose utility tool and does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13.
