This Privacy Policy explains how CSV Master: Excel & CSV Viewer ("the App", developed by swt_soft) handles your information when you use our Android application.

1. 100% On-Device Data Processing

CSV Master is designed as a standalone, offline utility. All CSV, TSV, and Excel spreadsheet viewing, editing, and format conversions (.csv to .xlsx, .pdf, .json) are performed locally on your device. We never upload, transmit, or store any of your spreadsheet rows, columns, or data on external servers.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We respect your privacy completely:

Personal Information: We do NOT collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, or device location.
Spreadsheet Files: Your files never leave your device. We have no access to the numbers, tables, or contents of your files.
Diagnostics & Stability: The App may utilize standard anonymized Google Play crash diagnostics to ensure app stability and fix technical bugs.

3. Device Permissions

The App requests standard Android storage permissions solely to allow you to browse, open, edit, and save spreadsheet and exported files on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App connects with standard Google Play Services for application delivery and license verification. These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
